2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

1.   Premier Events Sponsorship Opportunities***

  A.  Master’s Event – Full cost of event (approx. $5,000)

    DATE: TBD 2025                        (This role may be taken but happy to discuss)

·       Opportunity to be the exclusive host for the only after-work educational event

·       Recognized on GPGC website for event marketing, emails and print materials

·       Opportunity to provide collateral materials and handouts to guests

  B.  Greater Good Award

    DATE: May 8 2025          

Main Sponsor ($3,500)                      (This role may be taken but happy to discuss)

·    Featured prominently as the main sponsor of the event, in all promotional materials and

   program.

·    Opportunity to make brief welcome/introduction statement

·    Recognized on GPGC website with the event marketing, emails and print materials

·      Complimentary meeting registration for ten sponsor representatives at the event 

  Stage Sponsor ($2000)

        ·      Recognized on GPGC website with event marketing, emails and print materials

        ·      Complimentary meeting registration for five sponsor representatives at the event

Floral Sponsor ($1,000), Morning Coffee Sponsor ($1,000)

        ·      Recognition at the event

        ·      Complimentary meeting registration for two sponsor representatives at the event

    Printer Sponsor (cost of printing the program)

·      Complimentary meeting registration for one sponsor representative at the event

        ·      Recognized on printed materials

  C.  Year-End Holiday Party – Full cost of event (approx. $3,000)

    DATE: December, 2025                         (This role may be taken but happy to discuss)

·       Recognition as sponsor of the well-attended and only purely social event of the year

·       Opportunity to give a welcome/introduction at the event

      ·  Complimentary meeting registration for 5-10 sponsor representatives at the event

       ·    Recognized on GPGC website with the event marketing, emails and print materials

II. PG-13 Summer Series Sponsor Opportunity*** ($3,500)

            (Alternatively, sponsorships are available for one meeting - $1,000 each)

    DATES:  May, June, July, and August (4 virtual meetings)

·     Exclusive sponsor for all four Morning Series meetings

·     Opportunity to make a brief welcome/introduction at each event

·     Recognized on GPGC website for the year and on event emails

·     Complimentary meeting registration for three sponsor representatives for the entire morning

          series

III.   Quarterly Council Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities***

    DATES: January 9, March 13, August 7 and November 13

  A.  Annual Meeting Sponsor ($10,000)

·    Benefits of one Full Meeting Sponsor offered for all four meetings in calendar year

          (Sponsorship Value: $12,000)

o  Opportunity to make brief welcome/introduction at every Quarterly Meeting

o  Recognized by name and logo on GPGC website and with marketing of each Meeting

                   via emails and print materials

o  Opportunity to provide collateral materials and handouts to guests

o  Complimentary meeting registration for total of five seats at each Meeting

·    Potential for additional benefits as negotiated by sponsor and GPGC.

  B.   Full Meeting Sponsor ($3,000)

·    Opportunity to make remarks and introduce the speakers at the Meeting

·    Recognized by name and logo on GPGC website and with marketing of the meeting via

          emails and print materials

·    Opportunity to provide collateral materials and handouts to guests

·    Complimentary meeting registration for total of five sponsor representatives at the meeting

  C.  Presenting or Networking Sponsor ($1,500)

·    Recognized by name and logo on GPGC website with marketing of the Meeting:

          emails and print materials

·    Opportunity to provide collateral materials and handouts to guests

·    Complimentary meeting registration for three sponsor representatives at the meeting

*** Sponsors receive tremendous recognition and exposure at sponsored event and in the community through our marketing efforts. These actions include: 1) e-mail blasts sent to over 1,500 individuals in our database, 2) weekly Facebook and LinkedIn posts with over 700 visitors and followers, and 3) post-meeting recognition in e-mail and social media follow-ups.  In addition, sponsors benefit by having their logo posted to the GPGC website all year and listed in the event program.
