Gordon Smith: Blended Gifts

"Blending Gifts" is not a new concept but is now packaged as a great process for working with donors on making a greater impact on your organization than they would ever think possible. We will break down the concept and the process for immediate success.

Gordon has been a gift planning professional at National Jewish Health since 1995.  He gained valuable experience for this field through his earlier career as a financial consultant, where he learned estate planning, business succession planning, insurance, and investment management.

As Associate Vice President of Development, Planned Gifts, Gordon is involved in every aspect from cultivation, to marketing, to solicitation to stewardship.  His expertise includes charitable trusts, gift annuities, bequests and gifts of complex assets.  He is a frequent presenter at conferences including the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (PPP) and Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable (CPGR).  Gordon is the Vice Chair of the Steering Committee for ILD.
