Ellen Jones enjoys helping donors expand their engagement and impact with non-profit partners.

She was recently named Director of Legacy Giving at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta after a decade of planned giving service at Habitat for Humanity International, and 13 years in higher education resource development.

She completed the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy certification through the American College of Financial Services in 2022. She completed the UGA Certified Financial Planner program in 2018. Her board service includes the Georgia Planned Giving Council and the Episcopal Community Foundation of North Georgia. She earned her undergrad in communications at the University of Georgia and her master’s in Public Administration at Kennesaw State University.

Ellen and her husband, Mitch, live in Atlanta and are the proud parents of 2 children and ecstatic grandparents of 2 angels.
